| what's up with the whole status thingy? who cares what random thing i'm doing/feeling at a particular moment anyway? whatever.
i have a sneaky suspicion (yea, who cares what i suspect?) that my learning how to deal/interact with my dad has a direct impact on how i'm going to fare as a counselor and pursuing my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy OR Masters in Social Work OR Masters in Counseling. Preparation period. Moses spent 40 years preparing to lead the Hebrews out of Egypt to the Promised Land. Jesus spent 40 days in the desert before beginning His ministry. ETC ETC. Preparation period appears to be dry, unproductive(seemingly) and uncomfortable. But through which our characters are molded and total dependence on God is learned... and without which we would never see God glorified and our selfish lives changed.
